Held February 9th, 2016 at The Rio in Las Vegas.

On February 9, 2016 we held our first ever NAABB Broker Owner conference at the Rio in Las Vegas. The turnout was incredible as a we filled the conference room with Broker Owners representing 16 states and all parts of the country. And the vast majority of the rest wanted to attend but could not for various reasons. This conference was for the brokers as an open forum to share ideas and it could not have gone any better. Not only were ideas shared during the conference, but even more were shared the night before and following the conference over cocktails.

We have since received so much feedback from those not attending to make sure we count them in for the next conference (likely this fall). We call this to your attention to demonstrate the NAABB team foundation and the success of our Broker Owners. They didn’t have to attend – but did – at their own expense. And every one of them thanked us that they walked away better brokers. Join our team to take advantage of a close knit network of quality people!

Who is the man behind NAABB?

Scott Radin currently lives in Orchard Park NY. He has three daughters. His oldest daughter (pictured on the right) was married the summer of 2015 after graduating Niagara University (Niagara Falls NY) with a travel & tourism degree. She currently works in the marketing department at Disney World in Orlando FL. His younger daughters (pictured on left) currently attend college at John Carroll University (Cleveland OH) and Rochester Institute of Technology (Rochester NY).

Scott coached travel softball for 11 years before retiring at the end of the 2014 season and his 14U team finished 5th at the NSA nationals in 2011. Many of the players that he coached have gone on to play D-I, D-II or D-III softball in the NCAA. Scott was also very involved in various travel softball tournament committees and served as an assistant for a girl's travel ice hockey team. He brings this leadership ability to the NAABB Broker Owners through both the training and support mechanisms.
